About Me

How She Began

Jilianne Roylence Ramilo-Francia graduated from Philippine Normal University-Manila with a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education, major in English. She also finished her Master of Arts in Creative Writing at the University of Santo Tomas. She is a contributing writer for Smart Parenting--Summit Media and the Academy for Creating Enterprise.

She also owns a small enterprise called Valianne's Trends, which started in 2017 with zero capital. Her business has flourished through the principles she learned, becoming a multi-awarded brand since then. She is fond of journaling since the age of 12. She is also an avid reader of fiction and nonfiction books, but right now, in her current season, she loves reading self-improvement books, which is why she wrote her book, which would help moms struggling to find their voice and identity after giving birth.

She is a creative teacher and writer turned purposive and intentional mompreneur. She’s a mom who invests in her holistic self and advocates continuous learning and growth. I also stand up for being "anxiously engaged in a good cause" by serving actively in the home and community.

She believes that if moms can be the best versions of themselves, then our children and families can also live up to their full potential because moms have profound influence in the hearts and minds of their children.

Mompreneur Journey

Letting go of her dream career had its drawbacks. She often felt unfulfilled because she entered a new world of entrepreneurship with different governing laws than teaching. Everything was new to her.

Embracing change helped her get out of my comfort zone. It prepared her for the challenges of motherhood and parenting as well. In her fifth year in entrepreneurship, she finally embraced her season and journey.

Little did she realize that she had never lost her love for teaching and writing. They were just redirected. She continues to teach, but not within the walls of a classroom. She wants to pay it forward so mothers can learn that their passions and skills don’t have to be left behind—they can be transformed and redirected to create new opportunities, impact, and fulfillment in motherhood and beyond.
